Cathy Ruth, WCHC Program Director

Cathy has worked for Wabash General Hospital since 2013. She started at the orthopaedic clinic in patient check-out, then moved to the IT Department in September 2013. She became the Director of IT in May 2018.

Judy Wissel, Director of Behavioral Health

Judy received a Bachelor and a Masters degree from the University of Evansville. She has worked in behavioral health for almost 30 years in a public health setting. She began her career as a therapist, and then became the Director of Behavioral Health for the Wabash County Health Department. In 2017, she added the role of Administrator to her responsibilities and now manages both divisions of the health department.

Leann Lear, PMHNP & Medical Director

Leann completed her psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certification at Walden University, and she holds both Illinois and Indiana Registered Nursing licenses. She is a member of the Illinois Society for Advanced Practical Nursing (ILSAPN) and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
