Regardless of your ability to pay for services, our team works to diagnose, treat, and prevent medical problems that can restore or improve your quality of life.
Our providers are here to meet your healthcare needs for primary care and behavioral health services. Vaccinations are available for conditions like the flu and pneumonia. In addition to addressing physical ailments, our psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner works with patients to address their emotional and behavioral issues.
We care deeply for our communities, providing every patient quality primary and preventative care. Wabash Community Health is an Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC) facility, caring for patients regardless of ability to pay.
